IMPORTANT: Later this year, HomeChoice will be replaced with a new sub-regional scheme, Tyne and Wear Homes.

Current HomeChoice members must re-register their details before the new scheme goes live or may risk their application being cancelled.

HomeChoice

At the moment, available homes are advertised from Thursday morning through until 12:00 noon on Monday. If you are a member of the scheme you can log on using your membership details. You will then be able to record up to three bids.

If you do not log on, or are not a member, you can still see this week's properties but you will not be able to bid.

Homes are advertised based on housing need or on length of waiting time. This information can be found in the bottom left hand box of the property information screen.
