Available homes will be advertised from Thursday morning through until 12:00 noon on Monday.

If you are a member of the scheme please log on now using your membership details. You will then be able to record up to three bids.

If you do not log on, or are not a member, you can still see this week's properties, but you will not be able to make bids.

Homes are advertised based on housing need or on length of waiting time. This information can be found in the bottom left hand box of the property information screen when you search for properties.

Changes to HomeChoice

Please be aware that HomeChoice will be changing in 2012 to a new scheme called Tyne and Wear Homes.

This means that although you can still register with HomeChoice now, we will be writing to you early in the New Year to re-register your details for the new scheme.

Proposed changes to Housing Benefit

The government is planning to make significant changes to welfare payments, including Housing Benefit.
